Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of 3D printing and the customization involved, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom or made-to-order prints. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping.
  • There is a defect in the print that affects its functionality or aesthetics (excluding minor imperfections inherent to 3D printing).
  • You received the wrong item.
