We check your model for printability, choose the best settings, and email you a quote that includes printing, materials, and estimated shipping.

03 · You approve & pay

Like the quote? Approve it and complete payment using our secure checkout link. If you need changes, we’ll adjust and resend.

04 · We print & ship

We print your design, perform basic cleanup, and package it safely for transit. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details.

File formats, materials & size limits

Supported file types

We currently accept the most common 3D printing formats: STL (preferred), 3MF, and OBJ. Need help exporting from your software? Just ask and we’ll walk you through it.

Material & color options

We’ll recommend the best material for your part based on strength, flexibility, and detail. PLA is great all-around for toys and models, PETG is tougher and more flexible for functional parts, and many models support multi-color printing.

Model guidelines

To get the best results, try to send a clean, watertight model with walls thick enough to print (at least 1–1.2 mm in most areas). If we spot anything that might cause problems, we’ll let you know before we print.

Size limits

Maximum single-piece size is roughly the footprint of a standard desktop printer. Larger pieces can often be printed in sections and assembled. We can suggest scale options and hollow models to help reduce cost, and we’re happy to handle bulk or repeat jobs.

Common questions about custom prints

Pricing is based on estimated print time, material usage, and any setup or finishing time. Once we review your file, we’ll send a clear, itemized quote before you pay.

Light fixes (orienting your part, basic scaling, small wall adjustments) are usually included. More complex modeling or redesign work may require an additional fee, which we’ll discuss with you first.

Most single-part prints ship within 3–7 business days after payment. Larger or more complex projects may take longer — we’ll include an estimated timeline with your quote.

We can often ship internationally, but shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Let us know where you are in your request, and we’ll include shipping options in your quote.
